Vanessa

Care Coordinator

Hello! I’m Vanessa! I was born and raised in Zimbabwe. I got into the Healthcare Industry when my grandmother was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I took it upon myself to focus on providing her with assistance to her needs, especially with her medical condition. This encouraged me to study Home Based Care, understanding Traumatic Brain Injury and various Dementia courses. I am passionate about caring for others, especially those who are unable do things for themselves. The rewarding part of being a carer is receiving compliments about my work, which gives me the confidence to go the extra mile! I firmly believe caring is more than just a job, I believe you need to put yourself in someone else’s shoes in order to understand how to care for them. I love working with different people and learning new things every day. As a new Coordinator at CAS Care Solutions, I’m excited for this new challenge and hope I will still continue to make a difference in people’s lives.
