Erin
Care Manager
Erin has always been surrounded by care. Growing up, her mother worked in a care home and often brought Erin along, allowing her to bond with the residents from an early age. Her first job, while still in secondary school, was in a care home kitchen, where she assisted with meal preparations, served tea and coffee, and helped with cleaning.
While pursuing a college degree in beauty therapy, Erin continued her passion for care by taking a part-time cleaning job in another care home. After the birth of her daughter in 2020, she became a home carer, working until she was 38 weeks pregnant with her son in 2023. During her maternity leave, she discovered CAS Care Solutions, which provided her with invaluable support. Five months after her son was born, Erin joined their team as a carer, thoroughly enjoying the work of assisting clients with their daily needs.
January 2025, Erin was promoted to care manager, a testament to her dedication and hard work. Her passion for care is deeply rooted in her family’s history, particularly inspired by her grandparents, who dedicated over ten years to caring for her great-grandfather. Following in their footsteps, Erin continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those she cares for.
