found all the staff to be friendly, caring and treated my mother with respect. A number of the carers went above and beyond their daily activities to look after my mother. You know who you are - I thank you. My only negative comment would be management - the staff never seemed to have sufficient travel time between clients so were sometimes flustered upon arrival.
My overall experience of CAS Care Solutions has been exceptional....the care that they gave my late father was second to none...he loved them coming to see him....and also keeping me up to date with situations that had occurred...it made me feel so at ease knowing my father was in such good hands ...the thing that stood out to us as a family was that they would go that extra mile to help...something I think you don't get from a huge care company ...we as a family are so grateful for the care and professionalism of this company that they offered our father...they are a credit to their profession.
Cannot recommend enough, during the time CAS Care looked after my grandad, I didn't have one complaint! They were incredible, my grandad loved the system of seeing the same carer every time and made a great connection with her, we always had emails whenever there was any changes or concerns. Very professional! They turned a lonely old man into a happy one in such a short space of time! Whenever I spoke to him he couldn't praise them enough, about how friendly, helpful and considerate they all were.
Amie provided amazing care for George in his last few years. Nothing was ever too much trouble. After George passed, Eileen needed a little care and companionship. Amie helped her with her shopping and took her out and about to Redcliffe and Bradbeers. We are eternally grateful to her and can’t recommend her highly enough

I would recommend CAS to anybody who is looking for a career in care. The care and support we give to others is a testimonial to the care and support we received from management, which having worked in the care industry for years I know is really hard if not rare to come by. But nothing has proven too big or small for CAS, and it is really humbling to be employed by such a genuine and trustworthy company driven by heart and empowerment.
I applied to a position at CAS alongside many others just like many people do. The open-door mentality, and the trust and honesty-based approach have been with the management all along and goes back as far as the very first interview. CAS is the only company where aspirations are seen as assets not liabilities, where dreams can be told, and support given to turn them into reality. CAS has been always there for me both as their employee or just an individual, wearing their T-shirt 🙂 People often value their job and their bosses, solely based on the paycheck they receive which you need to work for 30 days or so to get it. At CAS your renumeration comes on day1, though it is trust, not money. I believe, trust is the greatest gift an employer can give and the most fertile soil for the seed of aspirations. I would not be able to pinpoint a single person who did not end up picking up more hours than initially planned. -Why? Because, once you are here for the clients to look after, CAS will look after you the same way. Therefore, the only question you shall ask yourself, should apply now or after lunch? Working with CAS is actually a great pleasure, the feeling of knowing that you got a kb diverse team all willing to help, intelligent and friendly people. This is exactly the kind of environment which people can develop and make a difference. Whenever an opportunity or challenge arises we can adjust and move forward accordingly. Being a fresher has always encouraged me to stretch myself and improve my approach towards everything and improve. No day is the same and for me it's the diversity that makes it more enjoyable to work at CAS.
At CAS we are more than just a team, we are a family. I have been at CAS almost from the beginning of their journey. At the time when we were only a few carers working in the field. CAS have always been extremely supportive to me both in work and personally and I could not think of a better place to work. We have a fantastic team and our work is essential, not only for the people we care for ,but also for their loved ones. Every effort we make big or small, adds to the quality of their life, and that is something to admire.
I was heard and trusted from day one and I am grateful for all the support and help. My first job as an assistant care worker and first place where I have been feeling appreciated for my hard work.
